1. What is included in the retreat package?

2. Is Ayurveda suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. Many guests experience Ayurveda for the first time during their retreat. Treatments, therapies, food plans, and wellness routines are personalized based on individual comfort levels, wellness goals, and doctor consultations. You do not need any prior experience with Ayurveda, yoga, or meditation to join our retreats.

3. How long should I stay for Panchakarma?

The ideal duration depends on lifestyle, body constitution, wellness goals, and doctor recommendations. Generally:
• 7 days (suitable for relaxation and introductory detox).
• 14 days (ideal for rejuvenation and moderate Panchakarma).
• 21 days or more (recommended for deeper healing and traditional Panchakarma programs).

4. Can solo travelers join?

Yes. We warmly welcome solo travellers from around the world. Our retreats are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and peaceful environment for individual travellers, couples, and small groups.

Based on body constitution, lifestyle, wellness concerns, and health goals, a personalized treatment and wellness program will be recommended.

7. What food is served during the retreat?

Fresh Ayurvedic meals inspired by Kerala's traditional wellness cuisine. Meals are designed to support digestion, detoxification, and energy balance. Depending on doctor recommendations, meals may include vegetarian Ayurvedic dishes, herbal drinks, seasonal fruits, and locally sourced organic ingredients. Special dietary preferences can be discussed in advance.

8. Do I need prior yoga experience?

No. Yoga sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The focus is on relaxation, breathing, flexibility, mindfulness, and gentle movement, rather than advanced yoga performance.
